Junior Legal Counsel - Licensing and Compliance
The Reap Group is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join their legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in executing and operationalizing the global licensing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in applying for and renewing various licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
- Handle company secretarial matters for Group companies in multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead vendor and counterparty due diligence and onboarding.
- Be the subject matter expert of corporate structure and local regulation compliance.
- Conduct legal research on licensing and legal environments of new jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a company secretary or paralegal for a multinational firm or company.
- Degree in Law.
- Incredible attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and confidently lead junior work.
