**Job Summary**

This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are executed efficiently by closely monitoring progress, adjusting capacity plans, and proposing innovative solutions to meet milestones. The ideal candidate will optimize resources, support recruitment efforts, and provide data-driven insights to maintain operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Resource Optimization: Proactively manage and adjust capacity based on project priorities, trade capacity availability, workload plans, and potential risks.
  • Solution Development: Develop and propose alternative solutions for capacity rearrangements to meet project milestones, minimizing impact on hangar operations and future capacity plans.
  • Manpower Availability Support: Assist the Resources Planning team by providing reliable data on manpower availability for new business inquiries.
  • Closely monitor and verify WIP project progress with Takt team/BM Managers, reviewing whether capacity replan is needed.
  • Reserve/replan capacity considering project priority, trade capacity availability, V0 & V1 workload plan from TET & TAKT team, and potential risk of TRT extension.
  • Propose alternative solutions (capacity/workload rearrangement) to catch up milestones while minimizing impact to hangar and future capacity plan for Operation Planning Manager decision-making.
  • Project future trade workload to support BM Development Manager with HC recruitment.
  • Support Resources Planning team on manpower availability when receiving new business inquiries.
**Requirements**
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the aviation industry, with at least 3 years in Project Management, capacity planning, or operations analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with capacity modeling tools or techniques to forecast resource requirements and optimize utilization.
  • Familiarity with software applications for capacity planning, project management, and data visualization (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power Platform, Tableau).
  • Able to work under tight schedules.
  • A recognized university degree in Production or Industrial Engineering, Data Sciences, or related disciplines is preferred but not essential.
