Coleman Research is seeking a highly skilled HR Associate to join their dynamic team. As an HR Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of policies and programs established by the Global and Regional Management Committees.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Sourcing and screening top-tier candidates for full-time positions
  • Managing the interview process for assigned roles and candidates, ensuring seamless communication with Hiring Managers
  • Building strong relationships with Hiring Managers, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiating offers and securing top talent
  • Utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) for efficient reporting and workflow management
  • Attending career fairs and networking events to enhance the candidate experience
  • Developing and implementing strategies for Diversity Recruiting

Performance Management and Development:

  • Providing training and resources on HR policies and employee development programs to drive growth and success
  • Monitoring and facilitating effective communication and feedback regarding performance management
  • Coaching managers on addressing specific performance issues and developing action plans for improvement

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Collaborating with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and clarity
  • Cultivating a supportive and inclusive work environment through diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
  • Conducting employee touchpoints and administering exit surveys and interviews to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Equipping managers with tools and guidance on employee relations to mitigate risks and ensure a positive work environment
  • Ensuring HR and legal compliance through accurate documentation of employee relations matters, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Regularly engaging with employees in the office to build relationships, foster open communication, and promote a sense of community
  • Assisting the Talent Development Associate by hosting in-person trainings for local employees, driving knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement events, fostering a culture of recognition and celebration
  • Promoting company culture by capturing highlights from key engagement activities to share on internal channels, showcasing employee achievements and milestones
  • Evaluating employee engagement strategies through surveys, gathering insights to inform future initiatives and improve overall employee experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting, hiring, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities, with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with colleagues and leadership
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with company leadership, navigating complex organizational dynamics with tact and diplomacy
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical practice, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Foreign Language skills are a plus, but not required
  • Experience working on a small global HR team is desirable, but not required
