In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping our compliance framework and ensuring that our operations align with regulatory standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone who can develop and implement a robust risk governance framework, leveraging their expertise to mitigate potential risks and ensure the company's continued growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compliance within the life insurance or financial services sector, with a deep understanding of Hong Kong Life Insurance regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • You will be responsible for leading compliance risk assessments, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with senior management to drive a culture of compliance across the organization.
  • A strong leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you will maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and coordinate responses to audits and reviews.
  • Additionally, you will promote compliance awareness through training and communication initiatives, driving a culture of transparency and accountability throughout the organization.

About the Role:

  • With a competitive salary range of HKD 600,000 - HKD 800,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will be well-compensated for your hard work and dedication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, risk management, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA) is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in compliance within the life insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Life Insurance regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive a culture of compliance across the organization.
