About the Role
DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Risk Governance Manager to join our Risk Management Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing secretariat support to the Risk Executive Committee, project managing resolution planning, and managing and supporting resolution planning working group meetings and Project Steering Committee.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretariat support to the Risk Executive Committee, including organizing meetings, consolidating materials, and summarizing key risk profiles.
- Project manage resolution planning, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements and liaising with Head Office for alignment.
- Manage and support resolution planning working group meetings and Project Steering Committee.
- Support the construction and review of resolution plans and information submission to regulators, as well as supporting ongoing regulatory liaison and examination.
- Formulate, review, and update resolution planning policies, guidelines, and procedures where applicable.
- Provide updates on the progress of resolution planning to local risk committees.
Requirements
- Degree holder (or equivalent) in Finance, Legal, Risk, Accountancy, or Business-related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in financial institutions in risk/legal/finance background with strong analytical skills.
- Prior experience in resolution planning or project management is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with problems as and when they arise.
- Experience with engaging and communicating with regulators.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with proven experience of communicating effectively at all levels.
