**Role Introduction**

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Testing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous development and governance process of enterprise data management strategies and tools. Key Responsibilities include reviewing and updating data registry repositories, managing data requests in and out of non-production environments, and handling sensitive data in accordance with CPA Business and Security Requirements such as data masking.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement non-production data management using data registry and data masking tools.
  • Develop SQL, Python scripts, and Informatica TDM jobs to fulfill data masking requests.
  • Ensure functional and technical specifications align with the Enterprise Data Governance Policy.
  • Review data classification, data discovery, and data element mapping regularly to reflect the latest business data solution changes.
  • Review and monitor test data requests to ensure data protection strategies are implemented.
  • Maintain an up-to-date test environment data repository to understand the risk exposure of sensitive data.
  • Conduct regular data protection reviews and provide feasible recommendations and implement technical changes to improve the data protection strategy.
  • Support training for relevant business functions requiring data masking.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on client questions and requests related to data masking.
  • Provide support and maintenance of data masking tool sets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in enabling technologies, such as Cloud Computing, Data Masking tools, AI, and Blockchain, and understand their implications on software testing and data masking methods.

**Requirements**

  • A tertiary qualification or above, with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Solution/System Analyst experience with exposure to data tools and one or more programming/scripting languages, particularly using Informatica tools and technologies.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas: Data Masking, Data Analytics, ETL Development and Testing.
  • Strong competency in application support, infrastructure (Linux), and database administration experience, particularly in cloud (AWS & Azure).
  • Strong understanding of global, industrial data privacy or protection requirements.
  • Experience in data governance processes and metadata management tools.
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal effectiveness, process-driven, and focus on details.
  • Ability to listen and articulate ideas verbally and in written formats to a broad range of audiences.
  • Willingsness to accept and drive change to accomplish positive outcomes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with good command of Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
  • Certification of ISTQB/PMP/CISA/ITIL/AWS/Azure is an advantage.
