Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the analytics team and cross-functional teams to understand product data and provide analytical support
  • Assist in running funnel analysis and conversion tracking to assess user journeys and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with UX researchers to find opportunities to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data
  • Create reports, tables, and slides to effectively communicate insights and tell a compelling story about product performance and user interactions
  • Evaluate data quality and develop a proper data lexicon
  • Stay up-to-date with analytics trends and tools, and act as a subject matter expert to help train and level-up the team and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics)
  • 1-3 years of experience in product analytics or a related field
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Basic SQL knowledge with the ability to write simple queries
  • Understanding of funnels and conversion analysis principles
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to generate insights from data and communicate them effectively
  • Possess an interest in collaborating with UX researchers and product teams
