Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering accounts receivable and payable, staff disbursements, and ensuring timely and accurate processing in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collect fees and charges, government subvention, donations, and miscellaneous income.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and cost analyses.
  • Place fixed deposits and assist in monitoring investment performance.
  • Review payroll and benefits payments for full-time and part-time staff, ensuring timely contribution to ORSO/MPF schemes and tax reporting/filing.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines, and a qualified accountant with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in universities/sizeable organizations.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and strong analytical skills in Excel.
  • Self-initiative with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, good supervisory skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials, Banner Students/Payroll, or other ERP systems is preferred.
What We Offer

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract, with fringe benefits including gratuity, leave, medical, and dental schemes.
