About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Universal Banker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering industry-leading professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to provide answers and proactive solutions to inquiries, recommending suitable financial products and banking services to meet their needs.
  • Deliver industry-leading professional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and support.
  • Proactively identify potential customers' banking needs and refer customers to appropriate branch staff to provide banking solutions.
  • Assist line manager to provide an efficient, customer-focused sales and service environment in branch.
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduate with a pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE or HKDSE including Math and Chinese or English, equivalent or above.
  • Banking or financial service industry experience preferred.
  • Insurance licensed is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly driven and a desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and ideally Putonghua.
