Job Description

HSBC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Universal Banker to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in Hong Kong. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients, while working closely with our team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, identifying their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver industry-leading customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist customers with their banking and financial needs, including account opening, loan applications, and investment products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with HSBC's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduate with a pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE or HKDSE, including Math and Chinese or English.
  • Banking or financial service industry experience preferred.
  • Insurance licensed is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly driven and a desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and ideally Putonghua.
