Position Overview

The Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator will oversee all repair, calibration, and device purchase orders within the Asia region. This role is based in our OMICRON Service Center in Hong Kong and reports directly to the Customer and Sales Support Lead for Asia.


Key Responsibilities

Repair and Calibration Coordination

  • Manage repair and calibration orders through our ERP system while supporting sales order processing.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair and calibration inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and handle invoicing and collections for repairs and calibrations.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Logistics Management

  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including receiving, storing, labeling, shipping, and preparing orders for delivery, as well as customs clearance.
  • Handle export and import declarations, including shipments of Dangerous Goods.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire logistics cycle.
  • Organize warehouse operations, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
  • Address any issues or complaints that arise.
  • Achieve targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Candidate Profile

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Customer Service or Logistics Management is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Certification in IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations is a plus but not required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative team player.
  • Able to develop plans to prioritize, organize, and complete assignments punctually.
  • Goal-oriented, precise, reliable, and capable of autonomous work.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with strong follow-up skills.
  • Enjoys customer interaction.
