About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Innovative Venture Builder to join our team at Snaphunt.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As an Innovative Venture Builder, you will play a key role in shaping and developing impactful ventures that drive innovation and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with our mission.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of product designers, engineers, and business strategists to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to inform strategic decisions, study industry trends, and identify potential areas for innovation.
  • Product Development: Partner with our product team to design and develop a scalable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that addresses market needs effectively.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance to emerging entrepreneurs within our network by sharing insights, experiences, and best practices.
  • Networking: Engage with thought leaders, industry experts, investors, and stakeholders to build relationships that support our initiatives.
  • Key Outcomes: By the end of the engagement, develop a scalable MVP, refine a business model, and establish a go-to-market strategy.

About You

You are a problem-solver with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. Whether you've previously founded a startup or are exploring entrepreneurship for the first time, you are eager to learn, collaborate, and create solutions that matter.

  • You have at least 2 years' experience including solid experience in a similar role within Internet.
  • Prior experience within a startup would be a strong advantage.
  • You have a solid prior experience within Technology.
  • You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

Qualifications

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in fields such as engineering, biotechnology, software development, or adjacent technical domains.
  • Experience: Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing projects, or leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct detailed market research and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated passion for innovation and experience in developing or launching new initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team and engage with diverse stakeholders.
