We are currently in search of a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Consultant (6-month contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Offer legislative and regulatory support to the sales team, significantly enhancing their productivity through exceptional assistance.
- Provide internal technical expertise in all facets of insurance sales.
- Collaborate with the Head of Technical Support to exchange best practices and foster the performance development of network teams.
- Assist frontline sales personnel in boosting client satisfaction, sales quality, relevant product penetration, and strengthening client relationships with HSBC while ensuring profitability and increasing revenue per client.
- Promote industry-leading standards for conduct and controls in alignment with HSBC's values and expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance sales, processes, or back-office operations.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- A collaborative team player, enthusiastic about driving and executing communication strategies.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese, with good spoken Mandarin as an additional asset.
