Are you a highly skilled Unix System Administration Lead looking for a new challenge?

About the Position

  • We are seeking a seasoned expert in Unix system administration and recovery, with experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, patch installation, and software upgrade.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in infrastructure support for Unix Server and SAN Storage, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
  • Responsibilities include providing technical support to backend and frontend environments, including headquarter, resilience site, and remote offices.
  • You will also be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, disaster recovery drills, security patches, security audits, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  2. At least 6-8 years of working experience in Unix system administration and recovery, troubleshooting of hardware and software problems, patch installation, and software upgrade.
  3. Experience in administration of EMC SAN storage, including knowledge of SAN device of EMC DMX3, is highly desired.
  4. The successful candidate must be willing to provide off-hours and on-call support.
  5. Unix administration certification and experience in Symantec VCS (Veritas Cluster Server) are preferred.
  6. Working experience in Government related projects and knowledge on Oracle database Administration are advantageous.
