We are expanding and currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our department as an IT Infrastructure Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising systems, identifying issues, logging and reporting them to seniors, and maintaining configurations of all systems within the data centers.

You will perform precautionary system maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of the center's systems and network, develop and implement policies for efficient work processes, and guarantee maximum uptime to provide quality services.

  • Conduct evaluations to address ineffective power and cooling systems.
  • Deploy data and system security measures to mitigate risks of downtime.
  • Coordinate with clients to offer support services for data and systems.
  • Research trends in data centers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining data, transactions, and reports from systems, supporting administrators and end users, and monitoring activity and access to ensure compliance with security policies.
