We seek to hire a highly skilled Technical IT Specialist to design and implement cost-effective IT solutions that meet the business and operational needs of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and Modifying Complex Systems:
Develop and deploy advanced IT solutions to enhance our business operations. - Consulting with Business Users:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify problems and recommend innovative solutions. - Designing and Implementing Programs:
Create complex programs, systems, and databases to improve our operational efficiency. - Leading Teams:
Provide technical guidance and leadership to Programmers and Analysts. - Maintenance and Support:
Ensure seamless production support in a maintenance environment. - Preparation and Review:
Prepare and review change requests and provide production problem support. - Documentation:
Prepare documents such as User Requirement, Functional Requirement Specification, Technical Specification, and Operation Manual. - Project Leadership:
Take on project leadership roles for minor projects.
Incumbent Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent.
- Relevant ECF Certification is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT field, preferably in the banking industry.
- Experience in functional and technical specifications documentation, systems design, testing, and user acceptance.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
