As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and overseeing the implementation of smart office solutions.

Job Description

We are offering a competitive salary range of HKD 800,000 - HKD 1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

  • The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of application architecture, software services, mobile solutions, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the organization.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to research, identify, and evaluate current and emerging technologies to support business objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include verifying technology strategies and architectures are compliant with regulatory requirements, mitigating technology risks, and prototyping innovative solutions that align with the organization's mission.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 10 years of professional growth in leading companies, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and achievements.
  • Experience in cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, social media, mobile technologies, big data, and IoT technologies will be highly valued.
  • A deeper understanding of new ways of working and the application of user experience principles at the level of the whole digital workplace and smart office.
  • Experience in building smart office infrastructure layers, including user identity and access management, enterprise mobile device management, knowledge database, and enterprise search engine.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and corresponding collaboration tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and .NET.
  • Experience in micro-services development under container technology is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation and adaptability to changes.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with Putonghua being an asset.

Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Application Development Manager role.

Salary

HKD 800,000 - HKD 1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
