About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of experience in working in an industry such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, or Education, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the execution of account plans utilizing common sales and delivery methodology for the Microsoft sales organization for multiple accounts.
- Lead multiple, diverse, and high-performing teams and coordinates with internal industry experts on account planning and execution for various accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth through strategic partnerships.
- Proactively seek customer feedback to identify drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction and develop long-term strategies to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Position oneself as a thought leader and trusted advisor internally and externally to executive-level business decision makers.
- 7+ years of experience in working in an industry such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, or Education, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field and 5+ years of experience, or Master's Degree in Business Administration and 4+ years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to lead virtual teams.
- Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
