Risk Management Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Risk Management Associate Director. As a key member of our Governance and Compliance practice, you will be responsible for providing advisory and assurance services to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical advice to clients on regulatory reporting requirements and associated governance and control frameworks.
- Assist in opportunity pursuits and establish and build internal and external relationships.
- Work with a team of professionals to perform high-quality consulting projects and help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients.
- Effectively manage multiple engagements and supervise staff working on assigned projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal auditing, risk management methodologies, and regulatory developments.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Financial services, either in Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Insurance.
- Good knowledge in internal audit, operational process design and improvement, corporate governance, internal controls, ERM, regulatory compliance, and supply chain.
- Expert technical understanding of Prudential Regulatory reporting requirements across at least one of the following areas: liquidity reporting, interest rate risk reporting, FX risk reporting, capital reporting, market risk reporting.
- Creative thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high commitment to quality client service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and report writing skills with a good command of verbal and written English (Bilingual in Chinese is strongly preferred).
