Job Description:

Pan Lloyds is seeking a highly skilled Office Support Lead to lead our office support team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in office administration, facility management, and team leadership.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team to provide administrative services, including procurement, vendor management, and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate office renovation projects, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Handle tenancy-related matters and leasing contracts.
  • Oversee the upkeep of our facility, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Prepare various expense reports and conduct regular monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in office administration, facility management, or a related field, with at least 3 years at supervisory level.
  • Mature and independent with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible in adapting to changing priorities and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a positive mindset.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively and building positive relationships within the team.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese.
