ALL-STAR AGENCY is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Department Head of Treasury Sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to drive growth and transformation within the bank's culture.

Job Description

This leadership role requires a deep understanding of treasury products and advisory services, as well as the ability to lead and build a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to promote cross-selling of treasury products across business units, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
  • Monitoring and improving treasury sales and product distribution activities to ensure professionalism and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with other departments to establish infrastructure, including new systems and workflows, to support the sale of treasury products.
  • Planning and organizing resources to achieve business growth, system enhancements, product development, and staff training initiatives.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong background in treasury products sales and advisory, with at least 8 years of experience in the banking industry. Supervisory or team management experience is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on treasury products sales and advisory.
  • Supervisory or team management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, including FX and interest rate products.
  • Familiarity with risk limits, selling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
