Pricing and Product Development

  • As a key member of our Pricing team, you will engage in product development discussions to assess risk and develop new products that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will review pricing work performed by junior team members and ensure timely delivery of quotations to cedants.
Performance Analysis
  • The ideal candidate will perform experience studies and profitability analyses on in-force treaties to identify areas for improvement and optimize pricing strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • You will work closely with local Marketing, Underwriting & Claims Services teams to ensure seamless execution of pricing strategies and product development.
Talent Acquisition
  • Our Senior Manager, Pricing will be responsible for recruiting and developing talent within the Pricing team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 7 years of working experience in technical pricing from the Insurance or Reinsurance industry.
  • Qualified Actuary with excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge in Life and Health products in the APAC region.
