**Job Description**

The Head of Global Tax will be responsible for leading our global tax function, including the preparation and filing of tax returns and related documents.

  • Develop and maintain effective transfer pricing policies that align with global standards and business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Create and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities and enhance financial efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience from Big 4 and sizable MNC/blue-chip companies.
  • China and international tax experience is required.
