Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Independently lead the conceptualization of marketing campaigns with business partners and agencies, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Solutions Marketing: Possess knowledge of solutions-selling and drive solutions-focused planning with business partners on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Event Execution: Drive end-to-end event execution with both internal and external customers, and strategically involve yourself from planning to execution of programs with sales business units.
  • Lead Tracking and Reporting: Track and monitor leads and opportunities with brands, and manage e-marketing campaigns and reporting tools.
  • Results Accountability: Be accountable for the results of campaigns, managing MDF, Co-op, and MDF systems reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or its equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT industry, with experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Skills: Channels and marketing-driven, with exposure to creativity and marketing events, digital marketing experience an advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work both independently and as a team, with foresight and analytical skills to align with global strategies.
