West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking enthusiastic professionals dedicated to realizing the vision of establishing the West Kowloon Cultural District as a leading hub for arts, culture, and entertainment, both locally and globally.

Position Overview:

This is a temporary role with a duration of up to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing promotional strategies for festivals organized by the Performing Arts Division, utilizing diverse marketing platforms including digital, print, outdoor, and social media;
  • Assisting in the design and planning of marketing materials such as visuals, trailers, print collateral, advertisements, and social media content that showcase the distinctive features of the festivals;
  • Collaborating with the Programme team, artists, producers, partners, designers, agencies, and production companies to achieve targeted results;
  • Coordinating with the Development team to fulfill sponsor requirements;
  • Adjusting marketing approaches based on ticket sales and performance metrics;
  • Managing on-site responsibilities during festival events;
  • Compiling marketing reports and conducting evaluation assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a recognized degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Cultural Management, Creative Media, or related disciplines;
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in arts and culture, marketing, or tourism (less experience may be considered for a more senior role);
  • Show a successful history of developing and implementing effective online and offline marketing campaigns;
  • Exhibit exceptional project management and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and manage deadlines effectively;
  • Possess strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
