Job Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is pivotal in the conception, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing materials, partner programs, and e-commerce strategies in Hong Kong.

On a local level, this position will engage in initiatives to enhance brand recognition and preference for Belkin through promotional efforts, social media engagement, and e-commerce activities specifically tailored for the Hong Kong market. Collaboration with various departments, particularly Sales and Product Management, is essential, as well as working alongside multiple agencies such as social media, design firms, and public relations to effectively implement e-commerce strategies, social media campaigns, digital advertising, and channel marketing initiatives in Hong Kong.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Management: Lead the enhancement of regional digital content, proposing innovative ideas to improve information quality, user experience, and assets aimed at boosting sales, creating brand awareness, and increasing customer interaction. Regularly investigate current online content marketing trends and perform competitor analysis to ensure optimal content positioning and superior user experiences. Become an expert in syndication and content distribution, sharing and implementing best practices. Analyze digital content performance and communicate insights with team members. Utilize analytics to inform content strategy and optimize positioning. Oversee the design, development, and content creation for all digital marketing channels.

Collaborate with regional sales teams to understand retailer needs regarding digital content to ensure timely launches and online activations.

E-commerce: Drive external traffic to our e-commerce platforms to enhance conversion rates. Localize e-commerce content for partner websites.Social Media: Manage social media content to foster engagement. Leverage Facebook ads to boost conversion and brand awareness.Public Relations: Maintain proactive and consistent communication with our PR agency. Cultivate and manage relationships with media and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Maximize opportunities for product seeding with media and influencers.Point of Sale Materials (POSM) Creation: Design and develop all internal and external communication materials, including social media content, in-store merchandising, and POSM. Ensure that product collateral is channel-focused and brand-appropriate to promote both new and existing products. Plan and coordinate channel marketing activities with local sales teams for promotions, product launches, sales incentives, events, etc.Event Management: Develop event themes, content, flow, and timelines based on budget considerations. Manage and coordinate all resources involved in events. Collaborate with various stakeholders, vendors, and organizers to ensure successful event execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years of direct experience managing marketing projects, preferably in online content.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.Demonstrated communication and organizational skills. Strong project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in web management.Established relationships with print and online media are preferable.Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues both internally and externally in a professional manner.
