Midstream Operations Marine and Blending Operations Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Terminal Operations Manager to join our team at ExxonMobil Fuels Terminal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our terminal, including marine loading and unloading activities, tank farm operations, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Terminal Manager in supervising terminal operations to ensure supply of on-specification products to customers as required, while adhering to all company Safety, Security, Health & Environment (SSH&E) practices, procedures, and requirements.
- Lead and supervise a team to support various operational activities at the terminal as part of the supply chain.
- Prepare tanker discharge plans and coordinate with Supply Operations to plan for safe and efficient receipts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with respect to the safe handling and storage of petroleum and chemical products.
- Monitor product quality (PQ) and ensure that on-specification products are received and delivered.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in operations management, preferably in the oil industry. You should have excellent leadership capabilities, strong organization, communication, and team working skills. A diploma or degree in Engineering or equivalent is required, and work experience in oil industry, marine operations or relevant fields is an added advantage.
