About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for early career Managers to advance their career. In this role, you will be responsible for leading HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance in Hong Kong.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources; track record in retail frontline talent acquisition is essential.
- Knowledge of local labor ordinances.
- Motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
