We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Facility Management Manager to join our team at Cyberport Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data centre facilities, ensuring reliable and secure operations of our AI supercomputing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
  • Manage all aspects of data centre facility management and the associated operations.
  • Supervise the operations and monitor the performance of data centre facilities, including structural cabling, computer rack, power distribution, cooling, fire suppression systems, security systems, sprinkler systems, generator, DCIM, and UPS systems.
  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures for managing data centre facilities.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on data centre facility operations.
  • Manage data centre vendors and their contractual agreements.
  • Provide support for risk assessment and drill exercises.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance and corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and training.
