Job SummaryThis role will be responsible for supporting account setup and administration, due diligence, and know-your-customer procedures for clearing participants. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Perform operational duties such as account setup, account administration, and generating management information reports for review.
- Conduct due diligence and know-your-customer procedures for clearing participant onboarding, account monitoring, and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Propose operational flow changes to strengthen controls and enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new products, projects, and business initiatives.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- A university degree, preferably in finance or business administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years' relevant experience in securities firms or well-established financial institutions.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Conversant PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; proficiency in macros, VBA, and other automation tools is an advantage.
