**Job Summary**

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the analysis and design of IT systems, including Web applications, Windows server systems, and other IT projects.
  • Design, implement, and code programming for the implementation of IT systems, while documenting the process.
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
  • Monitor and review project deliverables, providing comments on both the deliverables and system documentation.
  • Perform any duties assigned by the supervisor, including participating in project meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in systems development and maintenance, with a strong background in application development, implementation, or maintenance of IT environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Client/Server based systems, and Web-application systems.

**Note:** Candidates with rich experience will be considered for senior roles, such as System Analyst or Senior System Analyst.
