The Bank of East Asia is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join its Information Technology Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing system analysis functions for systems supporting the Bank's Treasury business. Your primary duties will include developing and maintaining systems according to the Bank's standards and procedures, as well as preparing and updating documentation for systems. To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in computer science and experience in supporting systems development and maintenance in the financial institutions domain. Additionally, you will need to have hands-on experience in Java, Unix script, and PL/SQL programming, as well as experience with treasury trading platforms such as Murex, Calypso, or Numerix. If you are a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, and are able to work under pressure and tight schedules, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a systems analyst and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of treasury products such as FX, MM, IRS, and derivatives. Experience in SQR/SQL/PLSQL and Oracle DB will be an added advantage.
