Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and filing of statutory documents for companies incorporated in various jurisdictions
  • Assistance in preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars etc
  • Organization of board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings, and preparation of related documentation
  • Day-to-day corporate secretarial support and handling of ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with associate membership of HKICS or ICSA or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in listed company and corporate governance
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal skills, trainable, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently, common sense, great judgement and under pressure
