Job SummaryWe are seeking a Business Development Support Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development team to support business proposals, letters of engagement, and other business-related tasks.
- Develop marketing materials, including presentations and pitchbooks, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth and efficient client onboarding processes.
- Liaise with different departments to maintain client portfolios and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate business meetings and assist in maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update CRM and database systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to business support when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Around 2 to 5 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, business development support, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Exposure to the Trust industry is an advantage.
- Meticulous, good coordination, and multi-tasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Good English and Chinese language proficiency.
