About This Role
As an Associate Director, Event Management, you will play a pivotal role in JC Executive Search's events team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive event plans, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving successful event outcomes and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Logistics

Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including logistics, marketing, and operations.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead and motivate a high-performing team, setting clear goals and expectations while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strong support for events and drive successful implementation.


Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Degree holder or above in business studies, catering, hotel management, event management, or related disciplines.

Leadership and Project Management

Minimum 12 years of relevant managerial and project management experience, preferably in the exhibition, event, or hotel management field.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, open-minded, rational, with good attention to detail and commitment.

Language Proficiency

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
