About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a BIM Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring that our designs are accurate, efficient, and meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and implement the latest design software on projects, including Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
  • Establish and maintain cloud-based collaboration systems on projects, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and SharePoint.
  • Develop and implement automations using Dynamo, Python, and Forge to enhance project efficiency.
  • Participate in our Global Technical Networks to develop and refine company workflows and processes.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of AtkinsRéalis corporate standards and contribute to reviews and updates of these standards and templates.
  • Automate routines in BIM to support tasks and design teams across all project stages.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and BIM process for statutory submissions.
  • Facilitate training for internal staff on BIM and the authoring tools used at AtkinsRéalis.
  • Maintain a high level of competency in all BIM software tools used at AtkinsRéalis.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through attendance at conferences, seminars, and workshops for BIM and Digital Design Delivery.
  • Lead BIM delivery on projects, adhering to AtkinsRéalis Corporate Standards, Client requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Be responsible for BIM Execution Plans and BEP implementation and development.
  • Share knowledge and inspire others with practical uses of BIM as defined in the latest DevB Technical Circulars.
  • Manage the project Common Data Environment (CDE) configuration and the distribution of information to specific stakeholders.
  • Present project progress at coordination meetings internally and externally.
  • Identify and mitigate information management risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • CIC Certified BIM Manager (CCBM).
  • At least 10 years' experience delivering multi-disciplined design projects in BIM.
  • Advanced understanding of BIM processes and the ability to develop this on new projects.
