Job Summary

CIMIC is seeking a highly skilled BIM Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering project management team, you will be responsible for managing the BIM process on site, including the audit, review, and coordination of models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production of drawings and shop drawings in coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Implement company-wide and project-specific standards, and define the BIM Execution Plan, including any applicable protocols/manuals.
  • Carry out model validation checks, coordination reviews, and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors.
  • Perform clash analysis and drive a speedy resolution by coordinating with the project team.
  • Manage and take forward Construction Method Simulation and potential delay simulations.
  • Train and encourage the use of BIM on all project disciplines and departments.
  • Provide support to Design and Engineering Management Team and design consultants.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10 years' relevant experience of engineering project management.
  • Hands-on experience in using BIM technology and BIM software.
  • Certified CCBM.
  • Experience in local Hong Kong practice.
  • Experience coordinating large teams of consultants and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is also preferable.
