Job Duties and Responsibilities

The HKFYG Leadership Institute is seeking a highly skilled individual who is optimistic, driven, forward-thinking, and dedicated to empowering youth. This role offers the opportunity to unlock your potential through practical experiences, strategic initiatives, and extensive collaboration with a dynamic network of partners both locally and internationally. We are in search of proactive team members who prioritize sustainability and global leadership. The responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the design, development, and execution of leadership training programs focused on Sustainability, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and related fields, enabling participants to link Hong Kong with China and the global community;
  • Engaging international young leaders in our initiatives and facilitating connections with local talents to foster both local and global impact through the expansion of their projects;
  • Supporting the implementation of strategies for sustainable development and talent cultivation.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Entry Requirements

Study Fields:

Graduates from recognized universities in Chinese Languages, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or environmental-related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities;
- Proficient in technology.

Additional Requirements:

Availability to work on weekends or stay overnight at the Lodge as needed.

  • Candidates may be required to undergo a Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) if job duties involve frequent contact with children.
