Service Unit

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance for international leadership initiatives;
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media outreach, promotional materials, and publication design;
  • Conduct research on global and sustainability topics to inform program development;
  • Assist in program assessment and report generation;
  • Offer logistical support, including transportation and on-site assistance;
  • Serve as a liaison, engaging in outreach and coordination with partners and trainers;
  • Aid in data management tasks, such as updating participant, alumni, parent, teacher, and guest information.

Entry Requirements

Study Fields:

A tertiary education level is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT) and word processing in both Chinese and English.
- Experience in managing online learning platforms, event coordination, social media marketing, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or video editing software is advantageous.

Immediate availability is preferred.
