Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our department as Fraud Management Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, promoting, deploying, and optimizing retail banking mule detection strategies & controls mechanism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing effective fraud management strategies to protect the business against financial loss and improve customer experience.
  • Ensuring fraud analytics solutions operate at optimum effectiveness by collaborating with Group and Local Analytic teams.
  • Providing subject matter expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining fraud risk controls to address business and local regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the line manager and Head of Fraud in managing, responding, echoing, explaining, and promoting all mule detection-related issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement fraud controls with a focus on driving excellent customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above.
  • Professional knowledge of understanding, managing, responding, echoing, explaining, and promoting mule detection-related issues.
  • 3-8 years' closely related experience in fraud controls for financial sectors or relevant working fields.
  • Knowledge of retail banking products, digital payments, fraud management processes, and controls is preferred.
  • Good understanding in change management, project management, agile methodologies, and techniques is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work across markets with multiple teams under ever-changing environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, influence, and negotiating skills.
