About the Role

Fubon Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting a wide range of financial services with a focus on long-term insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote financial services and insurance products to customers.
  • Provide sales support and coaching to sales staff in life insurance and other financial services.
  • Implement a "one-stop financial solution" to meet the needs of target customers.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor promotion programs and seminars to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

  • University graduate or above with a degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality, and ability to work independently.
  • Pass in IIQE and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities (Types 1 & 4) as defined under the SFO.
  • ARWP or CRWP is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial services.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
