We are seeking a skilled Consumer Data Insights Strategist to join our team at King Deux Search & Consulting.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a prominent retail corporation headquartered in Hong Kong, specializing in member ecosystem and loyalty programs. As a key member of the CRM team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that drives data-driven decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and Excel. Experience in working with large datasets, conducting advanced statistical analyses, and presenting complex insights to stakeholders is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a business intelligence strategy that supports business performance and objectives.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to identify KPIs and data requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze business performance, including customer behavior, sales, and marketing effectiveness, to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Present findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity and adhere to data governance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Over 5 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, preferably in banks, retail, FMCG, shopping malls, or loyalty programs.
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools and programming languages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Estimated Salary: HKD 800,000 - HKD 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
