This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic HR team as a North Asia Recruitment Manager. As a key player, you will lead the recruitment process for all levels of hiring across North Asia markets. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of regional recruitment strategies with global HR initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include managing regional recruitment databases, monitoring recruitment status, providing timely advice and support to ensure quality and timely hires for all positions across North Asia. Developing and implementing regional Employer Branding and Sourcing strategies, including exploring social media platforms and partnerships with regional universities, will also be a key part of your role.
We seek a seasoned professional with a solid understanding of employment regulations and labor laws across North Asia. A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines, and minimum 6 - 10 years of relevant supervisory experience in talent acquisition, are required. Experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly preferred.
A motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with regional and local teams, will thrive in this position.
