The Senior Business Operations Lead will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence at Rosewood Hotel Group. This dynamic individual will lead and manage various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and develop strategic plans to drive project success.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to refine SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide training and support to new property teams on CRM systems and best practices.

Critical Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience, ideally in CRM systems or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
