Job Summary

We are seeking a senior professional with strong leadership skills to join our Liabilities and Secure Lending Division (LFM) as Senior Manager & Team Lead, Product & Process Management, Mortgage. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to manage end-to-end application processing for mortgage lending.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to manage mortgage lending processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service standards.
  • Maintain close relationships with stakeholders, including sales teams, operation teams, and credit approvers, to stay informed about business trends and facilitate management decision-making.
  • Conduct pricing approval to acquire quality mortgage business and enhance overall profitability.
  • Monitor outsourcing activities and ensure operational efficiency and quality.
  • Review and simplify process flows to improve turnaround time and operational efficiency.
  • Manage projects and implement controls to meet business needs or regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years' retail banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending being an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong sense of ownership and customer-centric approach to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
