Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Service Ambassador to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone calls, email, and live chat.

  • Manage order processing cycles with other departments
  • Provide after-sales service and troubleshooting
  • Handle complaints and provide excellent customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be proficient in French, Polish, German, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish. Excellent communication skills are essential, and relevant experience in customer service is a plus.

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in Hong Kong
  • Past experience or knowledge in electronic products is a plus
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
Work Arrangements

The successful candidate will work from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
