Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Clerk to join our Accounting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling full set of accounts, managing accounting operations, and providing support for management reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, including bookkeeping, preparing journal entries, and accounts analysis independently;
- Provide support for management reports and group reporting;
- Prepare invoices, statements, issue debit notes, reminders, and receipts;
- Arrange cheque payments and collections;
- Handle the record of miscellaneous charges;
- Handle small claims if any.
Requirements:
- LCC Intermediate Accounting level or above;
- 5+ years of accounting experience in any business;
- An advantage if experience in Peachtree or other accounting software;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese-word processing;
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
