- Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional food and wine pairing recommendations to guests.
- Ensure seamless service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement wine lists, ensuring relevance and appeal to our target audience.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-year Sommelier working experience in fine dining.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of wine and beverage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Holder of WSET level 3 certificate.
- Hong Kong Permanent Resident only.
