Job Description
  • Greet and interact with customers, ensuring exceptional service and addressing their needs;
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
  • Manage food service for the restaurant, bar and functions;
  • Rotate and restock the bar with beer, wine, liquor and related supplies;
  • Assist with unloading stock delivery;
  • Maintain cash register operations and handle customer payments;
  • Cash handling and balancing;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a valid RSA and Approved Managers Card;
  • Possess a current 'C' Class Driver's Licence;
  • Be eligible to work in Australia;
  • Provide a satisfactory National Police Certificate (obtained within six months from date of issue) or be willing to obtain one;
  • Be up-to-date with COVID-19 and flu vaccinations;
