We are looking for a F&B Reservations Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong

As a F&B Reservations Supervisor, we rely on you to:

  • Oversee the booking process for restaurants
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, meet expectations, and resolve issues promptly
  • Work closely with the F&B Team to coordinate special events, festivals, and promotions
  • Maintain and optimize the reservations management system for efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor service standards and streamline processes to enhance the guest experience
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor
  • Update and maintain Food & Beverage department database and customer profiles

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Tourism / Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in the Hotel industry with at least 1-year supervisory level
  • Independent and self-motivated with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as F&B Reservations Agent
  • A flexible candidate that will be assigned to work on shift (weekdays/weekends)
